Used on the “Black Album” for the intro on “The Unforgiven”, and later “Ronnie” and “Mama Said”.
It can be seen briefly on the music video of “Nothing Else Matters” (around 2:44).

Fender Vintage Hot Rod '52 Telecaster. James has 3 models of this guitar: # 1, # 2 e # 3.
The first model could be seen during the show "American Music Awards 1998" performed on the song "The Unforgiven II" and the music video for this song. The body of this guitar is made of ash, and maple fingerboard. It is a snap parson - white b - bender system. In the third and has a snap-mounted model EMG single coils. Nothing like any standard model 2 potentiometers of volume.
In the final model, we see a very interesting black bezel with embossed leaves.
